  • We will do our best to accommodate order changes requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, changes may not be possible if production or packing has already begun.

Wrong/missing items: If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us immediately by email with your order number and details. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and will arrange a replacement when applicable.

Undelivered packages: If tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us right away with your order number and phone number so we can assist with an investigation. While delivery is handled by third-party couriers, we will actively support you in resolving the issue.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS, including a unique tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details or need assistance, our support team is always happy to help.

If a shipment is returned to us due to being rejected or deemed undeliverable by the courier:

  • We will notify you by email once the item is received
  • If you wish to have the item resent, a new shipping fee will apply

If a shipment is refused by the recipient, the original shipping costs and any import-related fees may be deducted where applicable.
