Wrong/missing items: Notify us immediately by email of any discrepancies in your order, providing your order number and related details. We are committed to promptly addressing such issues by shipping the correct items.
Undelivered packages: If your tracking shows a delivery but the package is missing, contact us immediately with your order number and phone number for investigation. Please note that our control over delivery is limited once the order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking: Once processed and shipped, you will receive email and/or SMS notifications, including a unique tracking number. If you have not received this information, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
Orders that are rejected or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our studio. If your item is returned to us, we will contact you by email upon receipt. If you want to receive the package, payment must be made for a new shipping label.
If you refuse a shipment from GrizzStudio, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any import fees incurred for the package.
