Payment Methods & Payment Policy

We accept secure payments via trusted payment partners. Because Grizz Studio items are handmade and made-to-order, we begin production only after payment has been confirmed as received.

1) Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and other supported networks)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Amazon Pay
  • Klarna (Pay Later / instalments — subject to Klarna approval)
  • Revolut Pay
  • Bank Transfer (manual)
  • Cheque (manual)
  • Gift Code / Gift Card (store credit)

Note: Some payment methods may vary by country, currency, device, or provider eligibility.

2) When We Start Making Your Order (Payment Confirmation)

We begin production only after we have confirmed that payment has been successfully received.

  • Instant checkout methods (Stripe/cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Revolut Pay, Klarna): confirmation is usually immediate.
  • Manual methods (bank transfer / cheque): production starts only after funds have cleared and we have confirmed receipt.

If your order is urgent, we recommend using an instant payment method to avoid delays.

3) Klarna

Klarna is a third-party payment provider. Eligibility and available options depend on Klarna and your location.

  • Klarna approval is decided by Klarna, not by Grizz Studio.
  • If Klarna declines a payment, please choose another payment method.

4) Bank Transfer (Manual Payment)

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us and we will provide payment instructions.

  • Your order may be placed on hold until we receive the transfer.
  • Please include your Order Number as the payment reference to avoid delays.
  • Production starts only after the transfer is received and confirmed.

5) Cheque (Manual Payment)

We accept cheque payments by arrangement.

  • Orders paid by cheque are processed only after the cheque has cleared.
  • Please write your Order Number on the back of the cheque (or include it in your payment note).
  • Contact us for payee details and the postal address.

6) Gift Code / Gift Card (Store Credit)

Apply your gift code or gift card at checkout.

  • Gift codes/gift cards can be used toward eligible products and may have an expiry date if stated at purchase.
  • If the gift balance does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another accepted method.
  • Gift code/gift card terms may apply.

7) Payment Security

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay). We do not store or have access to your full card details.

8) Changes, Cancellations & Made-to-Order Items

Because we start making your piece after payment is confirmed:

  • You may request a cancellation or change only before production begins.
  • Once production has started (materials prepared / weaving commenced / custom work initiated), we may be unable to cancel or change the order.

9) Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method where possible:

  • Card/Stripe → refunded to the card
  • PayPal → refunded to PayPal
  • Klarna → handled through Klarna (timelines can vary)
  • Amazon Pay / Revolut Pay → refunded via the same provider
  • Bank transfer/cheque → we will arrange a suitable refund method (may require confirmation of recipient details)

Refund processing time can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
